Call are not getting recorded/ stored in app

Please ensure that,

Call Tracking is enabled

Call Tracking Enabled

Scroll down the notification panel to check if call tracking is enabled


Call Recording is enabled on your device

Open your phone’s Dialer App -> Settings -> Recordings/Call Recordings -> Enable Auto recording

Please configure the Call Recording Folder Path in the app.

Open Call Management CRM -> Menu tab -> Call Recording Path
Check if the path is correct.
If you are using third party call recording app, please change the folder path.

Perform a dummy call and check if the call recording is available for the latest call.
